With the seasons changing and colder weather upon us, fall has arrived and so has Rudy’s new, hearty Fall/Winter Seasonal Menu. Outlined below you’ll find a delicious array of lighter fares coupled with Rudy’s authentic entree dishes.

Appetizer
Wild Mushroom Tart
with Gruyere & Caramelized Onions


A medley of wild mushrooms and gruyere cheese topped with sweet caramelized onions.
Soup
Turkey-Parmesan Meatball Soup

With escarole and orzo.
Salad
Orange, Arugula & Kalmata Olive Salad

Arugula tossed with orange bits and Kalmata olives served with a lemon vinaigrette.
Entrees
Garlic Chicken Breast
with Shiitake Mushrooms & Mozzarella


Sauteed chicken breast with minced garlic and slices of shiitake mushrooms topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served on a bed of angel hair agli olio.
Garlic, Herb & Mustard Crusted Fillet of Beef

Beef tenderloin seasoned and coated with garlic, herbs and mustard, with a turnip-potato puree, and red balsamic Swiss chard.
Grilled Soy-Maple Glazed Salmon

Garlic and ginger seasoned salmon fillet marinated in soy sauce and maple syrup and served with roasted sweet potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Breaded Tofu Steak
with Teriyaki Glaze & Vegetable Brunoise


A thick Tofu square covered in Japanese breadcrumbs served with diced vegetables, wild rice pilaf, and Teriyaki Sauce.
Dessert
Baked Apple Crepes with Spiced Creme Anglaise

Baked apples folded between thin crepes and served with a cinnamon-spiced custard sauce.

Flying Silver Saucers

Breakfast box including fluffy silver dollar pancakes served with butter, real Vermont maple syrup, and your choice of breakfast meat accompanied by milk or juice.
Extra Terrestrial Veggie Bowl

A selection of cut vegetable sticks ranging from carrots, celery and sugar snap peas served with ranch dressing and peanut butter.
Cosmo Chicken Fingers

Crispy chicken fingers with your choice of dipping sauce served with chips, a fresh fruit cup, and a Rudy’s homemade chocolate brownie.
Solar Sliders

Mini cheeseburgers served with crispy french fries, a refreshing fruit cup, and freshly baked cobbler.
