LOCAL (with in 5 miles) - All specific special item requests or restaurant pick up requests with in our local area will incur a $25 pick up fee pick up fee + a 50% service charge based on the total amount paid. This fee includes ordering the specific items, picking up the items, and packing the items with any other items on your catering order.

LOCAL (with in 5 miles) - Paid by client - All specific special item requests or restaurant pick up requests with in our local area will incur a $75 pick up fee. This fee includes ordering the specific items, picking up the items, and packing the items with any other items on your catering order. 

CITY or LONG DISTANCE - All specific special item requests or restaurant pick up requests with in the Metro area will incur a $150 pick up fee + a 50% service charge based on the total amount paid. This fee includes ordering the specific items, picking up the items, packing the items with any other items on your catering order.

CITY or LONG DISTANCE - Paid by client - All specific special item requests or restaurant pick up requests with in the Metro area that have already been paid for by the client will incur a $250 pick up fee. This fee includes picking up the items and packing the items with any other items on your catering order.

Additional Fees:

MULTIPLE STOPS - If your request includes multiple stops in our local area each stop will be billed at $15.  If your request includes multiple stops in the Metro area each stop will be billed at $35

REPACKAGING FEES - On occasion you may request that Rudy’s repackage your restaurant request in the appropriate aircraft packaging. We will repackage your order in either microwave or oven containers that fit your aircraft ovens and repackage all sauces and garnishes to ensure they are able to be stowed. Additional charges may apply and will be determined according to order size.
